Hours 2, 5, 6--Today in class we had our fourth vocabulary quiz of the year. After that, students picked up paragraph frames for the 2nd & 3rd body paragraphs in their essays. This sheet is green. The work we did together is on a yellow sheet. They should use the yellow sheet as an example of how to do the green one. Students should complete them over the weekend and be ready to do some work with them on Monday. Click here to download the paragraph frame.
Hours 7, 8--Today was a the fourth vocabulary quiz. After that I passed back work that should have been passed back a long time ago. I strongly recommend that students do NOT discard their work until at least the end of the quarter. That way if I missed something, or something goes wrong with the grading system, they have proof of their work and scores. There is no homework for the weekend. Enjoy!
